Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, dust, and loose material. For metal substrates, abrasive blast to a minimum of SSPC-SP10 near-white metal cleanliness. For concrete, ensure a minimum compressive strength of 3,000 PSI with a surface profile of CSP-3 or greater.

Mixing Instructions

1. Remove Part A and Part B from storage and allow to reach 20-25 degrees C before mixing.
2. Measure components precisely at 2:1 volume ratio (Part A : Part B).
3. Mix thoroughly for 3-5 minutes using a low-speed mechanical mixer.
4. Scrape the sides and bottom of the container to ensure complete blending.
5. Allow a 2-minute induction period before application.
